How we work?
Reception and Discussion
H&C begins by actively listening and conducting one-on-one discussions to fully understand the client's needs, goals, and expectations. We establish a foundation of trust through NDAs (if needed) and provide capability documents along with sample reference projects.
Requirement Analysis & Solution
After gathering technical and business information, H&C analyzes the problem in detail and defines the appropriate technology architecture. We then prepare a proposal with cost and time estimates, along with a demo or prototype if needed.
Implementation Planning
Once the solution is agreed upon, both parties sign the contract, define milestones, and set up a dedicated project team. H&C kicks off the project with a detailed Project Plan and configures all necessary management tools such as Jira, Git, Slack, Google Drive, and more.
Development & Testing
The project is developed using the Agile/Kanban model, divided into clear and transparent sprints. Each feature is thoroughly tested for functionality, UI, and integration. At every stage, H&C provides regular progress reports to the client.
Acceptance & Handover
Once the product is completed, H&C collaborates with the client to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure quality. We deliver the full source code, technical documentation, user guides, and sign the official acceptance report.
Maintenance & Support
H&C offers SLA-based maintenance packages, including bug fixes, security updates, and regular technical support. We’re also ready to scale or upgrade the system as new requirements arise during operation.
